For chilled orders that don't meet the order minimums a 15$ flat rate shipping fee will be applied.* 

Shelf-Stable Items

For shelf-stable orders that don't meet the order minimums a 5$ flat rate shipping fee will be applied.* 

Shipping Raw Fermented Foods

These products are not perishable and can be safely transported without refrigeration.

Raw fermented products can stay out of refrigeration for several days without impacting quality or food safety.

We take extra care when shipping these products by shipping them with ice packs and insulated packaging. This provides an additional day or two of coolness once they have shipped, and slows the activity of the living cultures during transit, avoiding gas buildup which could cause and potential leaks. 

Shipping Schedule

To ensure chilled items are not delayed in transit, we carefully consider the timing of our shipments. Depending on your location and the nature of your order, if it is placed close to a weekend or holiday, we will ship it on the following business day. This is to avoid potential delays and to make sure your order maintains the desired temperature during transit.

Transit times for chilled orders is 1-3 business days.*
